Warranty Policy

1. What Does the Warranty Cover?

Warranty applies to stitching defects under normal usage conditions.

• Seams opening or coming apart under normal use
• Thread failure caused by a manufacturing fault in the stitching
• Stitching-related structural issues arising from how the bag was assembled

2. What Is Not Covered

• Hardware — zippers, clasps, hooks, D-rings, buckles, and other metal fittings are not covered under this warranty
• Damage caused by misuse, accidents, drops, or improper handling
• Water damage, stains, mould, or exposure to harsh conditions
• Natural wear, scratches, fading, or ageing of leather (patina) — these are hallmarks of real leather, not defects
• Stitching damage caused by overloading the bag or improper use
• Products that have been altered, repaired, or serviced by third parties
• Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality

3. Warranty Period

The warranty is valid for 1 year from the date of delivery, as confirmed by your order record and delivery confirmation. This warranty is non-transferable and applicable only to the original purchaser. Proof of purchase (order number) is required to initiate any warranty claim.

4. How to Claim Warranty

To request a warranty claim for a stitching issue, contact us via WhatsApp, call, or email with the following:

• Your Order Number
• A detailed description of the stitching issue
• Clear photos or short videos clearly showing the affected seam

Our team typically responds within 12–24 hours on business days (Monday–Saturday).

5. Repair Timeline

Once your warranty claim is approved and the bag is received at our Vaniyambadi workshop:

• Stitching repair by our artisans: 5–7 working days
• Return delivery across India: 3–5 additional working days
• Total estimated turnaround: 8–12 working days

You will receive a tracking update once your bag is dispatched back to you.

6. Resolution

Our warranty resolution is expert artisan stitching repair, carried out at our workshop in Vaniyambadi by the same skilled craftsmen who build our bags. Please note that we do not offer product replacements under this warranty — our focus is on restoring the original stitching and long-term usability.

The warranty will be voided if:

• The product has been repaired or altered by an unauthorized third party
• The product shows signs of deliberate damage or negligence
• Proof of purchase (order number) cannot be provided
• The warranty claim is made after the 1-year period has expired
• The claim relates to hardware or components other than stitching
