Do you ship all over India?
Yes. Vintage Hides delivers across all of India including Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 cities. Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of prepaid payment and delivered in 3 to 5 working days. Enter your pincode on the product page to see the exact estimated delivery date for your location.
Is the leather genuine or synthetic?
100% genuine full-grain LWG-Gold certified leather — no synthetic layers, no PU coating, no bonded leather. Full-grain is the highest quality leather grade available. It does not peel or crack, develops a natural patina over time, and is the same grade used in luxury bags costing ₹20,000 and above at Indian boutiques.
What if I receive a damaged product?
Contact us within 72 hours of delivery via WhatsApp at +91 91235 41454 or email at [email protected] with a photo of the item. We will arrange a free pickup and process a full replacement or refund within 5 to 7 business days. COD orders also come with Open Box Delivery — you can inspect the bag before paying.
How long does delivery take?
Prepaid orders are dispatched within 24 hours and delivered in 3 to 5 working days. COD orders may take 4 to 7 working days depending on your location. You receive a tracking link via WhatsApp as soon as your order is dispatched.
Do you offer returns?
Yes. Vintage Hides offers a 72-hour return window from delivery. If you are not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 72 hours via WhatsApp at +91 91235 41454. A free pickup will be arranged from your doorstep and the full refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
What does the 1-year stitching warranty cover?
The 1-year stitching warranty covers craftsmanship repairs — stitching, hardware (clasps, zippers, rings), and structural defects that arise from normal use. It does not cover damage from misuse, water damage, or wear from extreme conditions. To claim warranty, contact us via WhatsApp with your order ID and photos of the issue.
Is Cash on Delivery available?
Yes. Cash on Delivery is available across most pin codes in India including Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities. A small ₹99 courier handling fee applies for COD. Prepaid orders via UPI, card, or net banking receive an additional 10% discount using code RYZA10 and free express shipping.
How quickly will I receive a support response?
