And that changed the question.

The Manufacturing Process
How every bag is made
Hide Selection
Full-grain hides are hand-selected from LWG-certified tanneries. Only hides that meet our thickness, texture, and grain standards are approved — no splits, no corrections, no compromise.
Hand Cutting
Each panel is carefully hand-cut using precision templates. Cutting from full-grain means each piece shows the leather's natural character — marks and all. That's authenticity.
Skilled Stitching
Vaniyambadi craftsmen with years of leatherwork experience stitch each bag by hand and machine. Edges are beveled, burnished, and sealed. Every seam is inspected.
Hardware & Interior Fitting
Premium zinc-alloy hardware, smooth zippers, and lining are fitted and tested. The NFC chip for the VH tap feature is installed at this stage.
Final Quality Check
Every bag is inspected before packing — stitching, hardware, zip pull, interior pockets, card slots, perfume slot, and the mirror. Only bags that pass leave our workshop.
