The Ryza Muse is meticulously designed to hold up to a 14-inch laptop in its padded sleeve, alongside a tablet, notebook, smartphone, chargers, wallet, water bottle, and daily cosmetics. Every item has its own dedicated compartment to keep you organized.

Is this real leather or synthetic?

All Vintage Hides products are handcrafted exclusively using 100% genuine full-grain leather. Full-grain is the highest quality cut of leather, retaining the natural grain and strength of the hide. We never use split, bonded, PU, or synthetic leathers.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery across India?

Yes. We offer complementary Cash on Delivery (COD) shipping across 15,000+ pincodes in India at no extra charge. You can check the availability for your specific pincode using the Pincode Check tool above.

What if I receive a damaged product?

Every product undergoes a rigorous quality check before dispatch. However, in the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective bag, we offer free replacements. Simply get in touch with our support team within 7 days of delivery.

How long does delivery take across India?

Standard delivery takes 3 to 5 business days for metro cities, and 4 to 6 business days for non-metro locations. All orders are dispatched from our workshop in Vaniyambadi, Tamil Nadu, within 24 hours of placement.

What is the return policy?

We want you to love your bag. If you are not completely satisfied, you can initiate a return or exchange within 7 days of receipt. The product must be unused and returned in its original premium packaging with tags intact.

How do I care for a genuine leather bag?

Full-grain leather is incredibly resilient and develops a beautiful natural patina over time. To keep it looking its best, wipe it down with a dry, clean microfibre cloth occasionally. Store it in its custom cotton dustbag when not in use, and avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or moisture.
